Real time borse race

how can I see the real start time of horse races. for example, would I like to enter the market 1 minute before the real start?

You can use markets mins before the off equals 1

But obviously you cannot accurately enter the market 1 min before the REAL start... BECAUSE.. the real start hasn't happened yet has it? ...so how can you enter 1 minute before it without knowing when it is :/

..or perhaps you are talking about time machine? start time is listed there.. not sure if its an addressable variable though.. Oxa?
