  • My trigger behaved well when tested via Time Machine. Then I installed MarketFeeder in another computer and started testing with real money.
It did not go so well...

Today I found that the refresh rate in live was set to 4 seconds (default value), when I did the tests it was 0.5 seconds. Tomorrow I will test again with the 0,5 refresh rate.

It may have been why the tests failed with real money?

  • To set default refresh rate set in within the program's settings BEFORE adding markets.
Please consider BetFair's requests limit (see Connection monitor window).

Hi Tim, thanks for the reply.

Yes I know that. I was just wondering if maybe, and just maybe, my trigger isn't flawed and those tests failed because of the refresh rate. That is a valid theory, right?

  • Yep, 0.5 and 4 is big difference especially if you bet in-play.
