Hi
I was wondering if you have tried opening a new profile and running a simple known working trigger from the example triggers, or even just a “back the fav” trigger in a series of markets. If you confirm similar problems after doing this, this then points to something not right in your settings or internet connection, including antivirus / firewall / connection stability to Betfair API.

In order to try and narrow down the source of the problem, it would be really helpful to have sight of the program and trigger logs, and a specific time noted when a crash occurred, in order to try and pinpoint where it goes wrong. If no one on the forum can give you a solution, at the very least WDS Support would appreciate the logs to try and resolve this for you.

One slight problem - I cant find a folder called profiles...

hi
that is because you are looking in the wrong place, if you followed the instructions it would take you to the correct folder.
select my computer/computer
select local drive (C:)
select Users
select Win7
select MarketFeeder Pro 7
select profiles
this is where you copy the files to
OR if you just select bot 1 from downloads and select Extract To
press the + sign on Local Disk (C:)
press the + sign on Users
press the + sign on Win7
press the + sign on MarketFeeder Pro 7
NOW left click the mouse over the folder with Profiles
click OK
it will extract the files to the correct folder
start mfp
select bot 1
etc etc

Thanks for the help. I managed to figure out the profile part.

Unfortunately I am still having issues. I get this error message from windows:

Description:
A problem caused this program to stop interacting with Windows.

Problem signature:
  Problem Event Name:   AppHangB1
  Application Name:   feeder7.exe
  Application Version:   7.0.0.43
  Application Timestamp:   00000000
  Hang Signature:   f96d
  Hang Type:   0

I have checked the program logs and i can't see anything to suggest why it is happening. It seems to be monitoring the markets and then just hangs:

hi
it has got to be something to do with your computer settings OR your triggers
could you try running mfp without any triggers loaded.
also it is not a good idea to include SET variable names in your variable names
ie-var_min_lay_price HERE you have used lay_price (lay_price is a set variable)
it is better to just use   mlp  as the variable name, if you make the names short and 1 word, there is less chance of any mix up of variables.
make sure that you have set your virtual memory to the max custom settings not windows automatic settings, i have mine set to min 25000 and max 25000

Hi
I just tested the Lay the 3rd Fav trigger you refer to and it looks to be OK. Can you confirm that during your test the lay prices were between 5.50 and 7.50. For example see the attached picture. It shows the trigger not firing because the lay price was out of the trigger condition’s range. Please could you also confirm the ‘triggers are active’ safety bulbs are both green when the trigger is running.

I would also comment that your test was carried out within the period of the recent Betfair API defect, and it is possible this may have been a factor. It might be worth trying the same again.

Hi
If you are using the Bot 1 profile posted earlier, please change the following settings and try it again:

General Options > UK and Australian Markets > Update AUS Wallet every 10.00 sec.
also tick Retrieve bet list and account statement for AUS and NZ markets
Please read the following disclaimer with regards to the information you may request and obtain on our forum. This specifically concerns trigger files and various instructions as to how to implement a strategy.

Please note, BetFair is seems to be currently OFFLINE
