  • Your email was not processed into tickets, that's why I couldn't see it in the incoming folder. The support now found it and forwarded to me. But I will be unable to look into your triggers before Saturday as I am abroad on a business trip and have little access to my code at the moment. If you are willing to wait until then, I'll try to help you, otherwise I can refund your order.

    normal problems for me, face them all the time, and got no more help from the support team..i dont know what to do.

    And yes i jabe already uninstall both ie updates, format the pc install the windows again, no firewall no antivirus - nothing !!!

    problems still there

  • Hello Fosterdrew.

    I have some disagreements with Oxa. As i mentioned before i had problem with mfpro 7. Ask for a refund but the refund never given by Oxa.

    So. I will purchase another one month just to try mf pro 8 and i will let you know about the problem. I hope they have fix it.
