Score board of futball does not appear on sotware live

Hi,

I have a paid account on MFP. I already send 2 mails for mfp suporte without answer :-(
The problem is that in live soccer games the actual result (score) does not appear.. In any soccer games . But then after the game finish, appears always score 0-0 ??!!

I have the download score activate on settings .

Can anybody help me please?

is it in every match or some matches, as i tested yesterday and had the score showing in some.
i have sent an email to support to check if it is mfp or betfair that is at fault.

Don't see such support tickets, sorry.
The scores service works fine from our side.
Could you please check if you are able to reach http://scores.marketfeeder.co.uk site with your browser? Probably firewall blocks.

Is your system clock set correctly, i.e. the time and time zones are correct for your place of residence?
