Hi,
Have you tried closing program and logging back in again ?
Also you could try logging onto a different profile.
Pls ensure "Test" mode and not "Real" is selected in statements.
Check your log settings by going into the following:
settings/betting options
at the bottom of the page there is a setting:
at the start of the program clear log records older than  X days
Is the box ticked ? if so is it set at 0 days ? if so that could explain if statements are blank when re logging into MFP program. Ensure you set it at say 2,3 or 4 days.
Do you see an "undefined statement error" message ?  if yes we can look further into it. In any case try all the above fixes first as this may also fix this undefined error.
Hope some of this helps.

Hello mate. Thanks for the answer.

Close the programm open it again and create new profiles already tried those.. No luck.

Settings/Betting the option you have said me is not ticked.

No underfined statement error. Just the bets not shown up. I can see the normal bets but not the test.

Hi,
When you say you can see the "normal" bets I presume you are referring to the "real" bets.
Have you checked the normal bets and if so are they bets you have placed from your betfair account ? There is an arrow at the top of the statement page which allows you to tab between real and test bets. You may know this already but just trying to eliminate all possibilities.
Also try these from Mark sometime ago.
http://community.welldonesoft.com/troubleshooting-8/test-bets-not-showing-in-statement/

In a nutshell below is what to check.
Settings > Test Mode > Event Results > Download results from BF… should be checked, and nothing else (i.e. Bet Settlement Sim should be unchecked if the above is)

Settings > General > Statement > Refresh – ticked, Max depth 1000, Update 30sec and the appropriate wallet checked, retrieve data 1 day

See how you go

Hi
Make sure you do not delete events before they are settled, for example by using a delete market trigger action, or by settings e.g. delete finished events automatically does not mean the market has been settled. Settled markets are the only markets that will appear in the statement.
Please read the following disclaimer with regards to the information you may request and obtain on our forum. This specifically concerns trigger files and various instructions as to how to implement a strategy.

GoodMorning and thanks veru much for the answers.

I check all the settings you said me to check, and i think my mistake was on Delete finished events automatically (before settled)  I have changed it to delete -settled- eventes auto. I will check later when there will be a football match live, but i think that was the problems.

Thanks again, i hope a solution will be found on my other problem too :)

Hi Dears,

Im facing the same problem.. I'm using 2 profiles.
Profile 1 works fine
Profile 2 is not working... all in Blank..

I tried the steps cleaning the files inside the proper foldes and it not worked.

See attached the print of Both profiles statements

And It seems that it is considering the wrong date of the matchs .

Tks,
