It sound like an antivirus or windows update has blocked part of the program's comms with betfair. Although having said that the statement should work if the win/lose history is working.
I suggest:
check your statement settings are correct
re-allow MFP full access through antivirus and firewall
clear your browser cache and cookies
if the above does not work try creating a new profile
