strange error: account statement only with 1s-refresh

2 days ago I cancelled all old files in the folder statement/real
after that I dont have any more the new account statements from yesterday and today.

when I set the account statement refresh to 1 second, I have the account statement, I can see all bets, and of course I find a file in the folder statement/real.

when I set the account statement refresh to 10 second, I dont have any longer the account statement and the file in the folder statement/real disappered !

turning back to 1 second refresh, the file appears !

any help? I need the account statement urgently but dont want to refresh every 1 second.

where did you delete the statements
what is your request limit set to in the connection monitor.

it seems that I solve the issue, will know it tomorrow. if not, I will come back here with the screenshot and more description of what I have done.
