What happens to support?.
Open a ticket on 04/05/2025 and nobody answerr.

Have you had any luck on support?

I bought subscription but no answer and I email support with no reply.

I have had support tickets open for 12 months and then mystriously closed with no response. I think MarkV is trying to fill the void but essentially THERE IS NO SUPPORT. Paid up members and new subscribers need an answer NOW as to when and if support will exist again!!!!

I have purchased a subscription and haven't received any response.

Who should I contact for that?

I've had a £9 trigger request unanswered since July 2024. I've also had requests for support unanswered for over a year. I think we can now safely assume that MF Pro exists in the form of subscription software only.

If like to send me your trigger request I'll have a go at it.

I have been a lifetime user since 2008, nearly as long as you have. It is now quite apparent that there is no support and market feeder is probably out of business. Can you please let us know what you know about the present state of affairs as the thousands of users are all feeling abandoned and do not know where to turn. What does the future hold for users like ourselves? Is there anyone we can contact and who owns market feeder now? Please let us know as soon as possible as this is not acceptable

Not responding to enquiries for over 12 months is not just missing something, it is a certain way to lose business. Can you tell us what is your new product that is taking up your time and when will it be available?

Im still waiting for a licence key i paid for last week

SteveB's post on 15 Sep is interesting. We know the platform is no longer providing support and his post implies they are no longer honouring subscription renewals either. 

Has anyone else encountered this? Or has anyone had success in getting a new license key? 

Unless we receive confirmation that MF Pro is still operating, there doesn't seem much point in paying for a renewal when our subs are up.
