Betfair suspended my account and asked me for documents. I sent everything as requested, and three months have passed and they still haven't verified my account. Is it normal for it to take this long?

Betfair should keep you updated on what is happening. Could be worthwhile contacting them on chat to ask them what the situation is on your account.
