Test mode and real mode
« on: 24 Jan 2016, 13:08 »
Hi
I'd like to run mfp in a test mode with my computer nro one.
Computer nro two would run mfp in a real mode.
Changing the modes within one trigger takes too much time to accomplish all the real money and
test mode bets. Some of the (real money) bets remain undone.
Do I need to buy second mfp software for the purpose above?
Do I need two different Betfair accounts with different user names for the tasks above?

Cheers

Hi,

2 betfair accounts would be the easiest way imo, but you would then would also need 2 mfpro accounts too.

You can try to run 2 profiles on one computer and one BF account.
For 2 BF accounts you need 2 MF licenses.

hi
if you are trying to run 2 profiles/mfp bots using the same markets, then the live mode will conflict with the test mode, this is because both bots will have the live mode bets recorded.

WITH YOUR TEST MODE MFP BOT only.
to stop this from happening all you have to do is UN-TICK   Retrieve bet list and account statement for non AUS- markets (UK etc) , in the General options.
also UN-TICK the AUS and NZ
so the test mfp/bot will operate as one
