Ticks formula
« on: 17 Jan 2012, 02:28 »
I can't confirm my theory.
If using r_ticks formula and Horse A is 1.70 and Horse B is 5.60 the correct number of ticks should be 86.
30 ticks at 0.01 (between 1.7 and 2.0)
40 ticks at 0.05 (between 2.0 and 4.0)
16 ticks at 0.1 (between 4.0 and 5.6)

Is this how MFPro will calculate as will Betfair not just linear in .01 or .1?

All examples in the manual are only across one tick range.

Yes discovered the g_ticks function prior to reading your reply.
