Transaction Limit

Hi, does anyone know why I get this error please see attachment?   I understand what its saying "Transaction limit" but have no idea why?

Hi you must have exceeded your transaction limit for the hour,if you go to connection monitor you can set your transaction limit, i have mine set at 5000 as that is now what betfair allow an hour before charging, cheers colin
