trigger not functioning properly

Can anyone help me to resolve this issue, my triggers are not functioning as normal, I am getting these message in my program log file, can anyone tell me what this means and how can I resolve the problem?

17:26:29   INVALID HTTP RESPONSE: 500
17:27:10   INVALID HTTP RESPONSE: 302
17:27:47   INVALID HTTP RESPONSE: 302
17:27:48   INVALID HTTP RESPONSE: 500

I've just had a talk with the BF helpdesk. They did confirm there were issues with the API earlier today. Had another clients report the same errors. Hardly anything can be done in this case I'm afraid.
