I have exceeded my trigger for the first time in 10 years. I wasn't aware that I had a limit, where can I get further information on this

When we were switching to the new pricing model (with trigger requests) we emailed users with lifetime licences advising that they now have 12 free triggers available within their quota that must be used up within the next year. Did you receive the email then?

You are entitled to the lifetime usage of MF Pro, but unfortunately not to free custom trigger development. Each trigger requires up to several hours' worth of work.

Thank you very much for the clarification. Unfortunately I must have overlooked the notification as I would have used the remaining requests more sparingly.
