Triggers download as XML not MFP file

Hi, when I download some of the triggers they download as XML files and wont load into the software.  This is not on all the files, most work without a problem.  I have tried Chrome, Internet Explorer and Firefox but its the same with all of them.  Any suggestions please?

sorry but there are still a few triggers from the old mfp version , I will go through all of them and replace them with a new trigger.
