  • Hi,

    I just tried activating MF Pro through NordVPN and then TunnelBear to no avail. Both of them failed with the following error message "The token you entered is valid, however it does not activate this software......."

    It doesn't matter whether the server is in the UK or elsewhere.
    Anyone else in here with a similar experience?

    This has nothing to do with VPN. You are entering the wrong key, e.g. you are entering a Time Machine key in place of a MarketFeeder Pro key or vice versa.

    Like I explained in the email I'm obviously using the correct Key here. It’s clear to me that for whatever reason a two way verification with your server fails when using VPN.
    I have had MF for years, but now I'm prevented from using it until this problem gets resolved.
