unable to download purchased market on time machine

I have purchased a few months' worth of uk horse racing markets to try with the time machine.
Every so often, I do encounter races that haven't downloaded properly so I just click to redownload and it usually solves the problem.
However, I have come across one race where I cannot seem to download. I have tried many times.
I keep getting these error messages every time I try to download.
Please advise.

UPDATE: Resolved.
I tried to redownload the next morning and it downloaded OK.
The software seems a bit buggy.
