    I purchased Time Machine historical market data but when I try to download it I get to about 60% and then this error message appears "Error while downloading the market: Unknown error". Someone knows how to solve this?

    We download market data from BetFair's web site, and unfortunately it's not always 100% integral, so such problems happen.

    Here are possible solutions:

    1. When Time Machine gives you this error message, it mentions that it has created an error log with the list of corrupted market files. Please email this log to [email protected] and we'll replace those markets with some others of your choice at no cost.

    2. Try downloading markets day by day instead of downloading them all in bulk. Expand the "All Purchased" node and navigate to the sports and date where you would like to start working, then download markets from that day in one go. This way you'll be able to start running Time Machine while we're replacing the troublesome markets.

    3. We can generate a downloadable data base of all your markets, which you can just copy to your hard drive and start using immediately, without the need to download the markets inside Time Machine. Just contact [email protected] and mention your order details so that we could identify you (but certainly don't reveal any sensitive information here in this forum thread!).
