Download the latest update for your Windows and install it.

I've downloaded and installed available recommended updates for Windows XP (273 items in total ... it's been a while!)

    Downloaded the Mrketfeeder Pro Fix.

Still unable to login on "Windows XP Professional" laptop

"Unable to send request, 33, code: The operation has been canceled."

    Aaaarg! >:(
What operation is being cancelled? I assume it's the login operation, or is it something else the login procedure relies on?
Why is it being cancelled? ... Who, or what, is doing the cancelling?

  • Hello

I have exactly the same issue on my WIN 7 virtual machine running Parallels, start getting this few days ago. Betfair is up as it is working on the vps machine. Never had such issue before. Installed the latest version and switched off antivirus. Tried both befair and time machine mode,  no difference. Nothing helped so far.
    Please advise.

  • Hello!

Just to confirm that we are still looking for a solution that would fit all operation systems and configurations. I may contact some of you in private to suggest trying a few tweaks. We are sorry for the inconvenience caused - this is certainly something that we are not happy about either.

  • I did everything you said OXA, my problem continues. If you have any more ideas, give me the list I'm here to test.

  • I was encountering this too

Instead of logging in via the built-in form, click the bit that says 'secure browser' and the login bit transforms to look more like the Betfair site

Worked fine doing it that way

  • I did this, secure and not works too. same error persist.

  • I am in the UK and unable to login to MFP using either method mentioned above.

  • G'day

Running Windows 2016 Server on a vps based in Australia. Easyfix doesn't apply to this version. Can't login using either form.

  • Any reason why this wasn't addressed before hand ?

Other software vendors (BetAngel) had already updated their software in time for the Betfair changes. This is very poor customer service. We have paid for a subscription and can't use the software.
