Unknown path

I use Market Locator at 1830 each day to add 1.5 days GB horse racing markets.
For the last week or so the Horse Racing / GB / part of the race description has been replaced with Unknown Path. This evening I went to Market Locator and repeatedly forced it to Search - on some occasions the markets were fine, on others they had this error so obviously something funny gong on.

Any ideas?

MarketFeeder uses a special BetFair service (in additional to the API) to create the tree menu "like on BetFair site".
There is no such information on the API.
Unfortunately this service is updated not so frequently as BetFair API.
So time to time there are no such market on the service to create a "path" when it's got from the API (the market search request).
We are looking for a solution but haven't got any idea yet...

Thanks Tim. I think this might be a different issue. I can search for markets and the path is fine, then press the search button again straight away and the path is missing, press it again and it is fine etc etc. I don't understand why the path is there one minute and not the next.

We are investigating the problem.
So far nothing've got like this on my side...

I have been experiencing this same problem for well over a week now. ( On GB and IRISH horse race win markets ) Most often on the 1st few searches there is no path, wait a bit and try again and it is fine. So there is something not right. It is not just mikejcshaw that this is happening to. Just thought I would let you all know. Cheers

As I haven't faced any problem like that from any location I tried I assume our CDN provider "fights against bots" and for some reason blocks your requests.
We've made some changes on the CDN side.
Please check if it helps.

Hi Tim. Have just tried several times using a different profile. No change I'm afraid. Each horse race listed path unknown ( using market locator 'uk and irish win not in-play' template' ) Cheers

I can confirm the UnknownPath problem is still happening 100% of the time.

Note if you select the race from Todays Card the path is correct but the market locator would still have a problem.

Is there any progress/news on a fix for this?

 Hi everyone. This morning I have updated to the latest version of marketFeeder pro, ( 8.9.2.3 ) and have just used the market locator for--

 'horse racing Uk and Irish win not in-play yet,' which worked perfectly without any mention of unknown paths. Hope this info is of some help.
