If this is a one-off, just try to restart MF Pro - there could be a problem with a system svchost process that could be preventing the internal MF Pro web server from a normal start.
If this is a recurring problem, please try closing MF Pro, deleting all your logs in the existing profile and restarting it. The logs are stored in this folder:
c:\Users\%username%\MarketFeeder Pro 8\profiles\%profile name%\logs.
