Hi,
I am running the trigger 'Lay Greyhound Loss Recovery' in Test mode.
Why does the trigger sometimes place back bet on the same selection? Isn't it supposed to be laying dogs only? I didn't edit or change anything in the trigger at all. Would really appreciate if anyone could advise. Many thanks :)

Hi
Just checked that trigger file and it only sends out lay bets. If it is also backing the same same selection, it sounds like the program is set to green up or stop loss.

Please check auto-greenup and auto-dutching are switched off.
Also please check in your stop-loss settings nothing is activated.

Thanks mate. I've just checked my settings again. Auto Green Up is not switched on in all the markets, but a back bet was still placed.. I have also included a screenshot of green up settings for your reference.

I think I know what it is. Betting below the minimum requires a convoluted series of lay and back bets. I think if in test mode you do not bet below the minimum it should be ok. Read in the help file about small bets, it explains it there.

Thanks. I've taken a look at the programme log:

14:11:32Greyhound Racing / SIS / Towc 10th Jan / 14:12 Towc 10th Jan - A5 500m: Going to LAY £ 0.40 at 5.50 on selection '3. Westmead Elbie'. If unmatched, bet will be cancelled at In-Play. The bet was placed/cancelled by Trigger "laying".

I see! I've unchecked the box 'place compensation bet' under 'small bet' in settings. Hope it helps. Cheers mate.
