OK, I've tested your settings and couldn't reproduce the zero volume issue.
But you could try one thing and let me know if it makes any difference. Does the volume come back if you turn OFF the following settings?
- Retrieve all price offers
- Load traded volume for all prices
They are both in "General Options".
