Win Market and Place market - how do get tge trigger to bet in either

Hi ,

How can i bet in the win market if the place market odds are below  1.60 and bet in the place market  only  if the place odds are equal to or greater than 1.60 without the triggers clashing?

To confirm  i want to bet in win market if odds are below 1.60 in place  markert and bet in the place market if the odds are equal or greater than 1.60 without the triggers clashing. 

i know how to use the winplace function,  its more how to get the triggers to both work without clashing?
