Win Market and Place market

Hi,

Everyday at least one of the races with WIN and Place markets loaded won't start. For example one race at 13:00 WIN market will start but the place market won't start ,even if I try and Force start it. This only happens to one or two races a day , any reason for it?

check the start times of the races , there has been problems with betfair inputting the wrong times.
