How do I set my trigger to work only on the tracks I want? for example, Central Park, Monmore, Nottingham, Towcester, Doncaster. I want my trigger to work only on these tracks.

I rebooted a couple of times and eventually it sprang back into life. Not sure exactly what I did different but seems OK now

I've just renewed my subscription, entered the new key but can no longer login. See attached screen shot. Please advise how to resolve this. Thanks

In case you have not seen it I think you may also need to generate a 16 character application password within your google account and use that password in MFP smtp settings. There is info here.
