Yes the data is there on the races at Clonmel for tomorrow, but it is not there for any of the English meetings.
Is this the same at your end?

Hi I have today raised the issue above on the forum, which confirms the problem we are experiencing. Could you please look into this matter, and let us know whether the problem is with market feeder or betfair.

« Last post by rubold on 25 Feb 2026, 10:16 »Somewhat worrying. I believe the silks data originates from a 3rd party (Timeform?). There may be a cost involved that hasn't been met? I hope not.

« Last post by pjms on 24 Feb 2026, 18:31 »Hi guys, I am loading UK horse races in full mode option, but it is failing to include any racing silks data. This is happening to every race not just some.
I have the correct boxes ticked in settings, because I operate on them on a daily basis. Could someone please let me know if you are also unable to get this data on your race card screen, or is it only me that this is happening to.
It has happened before, but only with the odd meeting, but today it has been every meeting and is including all tomorrows meetings so far.
