Back hand with second max wins in a row

Hi,  I need a trigger that back the hand with second max wins in a row.

For example:



In this example trigger must back the third hand (in red)

If the first and the second max wins in a row is the same in two hands, the trigger must back only onte of them ("first matching selection")
