All your registered accounts will be added together, so you'll need to half your requests if you want to run 2 MFP appications at the same time...

I have in both instances refresch rate set at 6.

You won't need to reduce the refresh rate in x-feeder, 3 sec is fine for both instances.

There is no requests limit in Exchange Games.
