different version of lay-recovery-in-cycles

Anyone know if this can ce changed to ignore zero games?
this version treats every game as a cycle point regardless if bet on or not..

It looks like the trigger was designed to bet on every game, but if you're going to be selective you could go through it and substitute "last_pl" with "last_bet_pl" or "hist_1_pl".
