Laying 2 or more runners @ odds-on

Hi

i'm completely new and floundering.

Is it possible to create an in-play trigger that lays 2 or more horses in
a race that are trading at odds-on.

So the conditions I would like to meet are that if 2 or more horses are
trading at < 2/1 then i would like to trigger the lay bet on those horses.

Perhaps there is a trigger that does this already. If so what is it?

If not and you know how to create a new one to do it, then I would be really
grateful for any help.
