Need some help for testing.

I am testing some systems.
I hope you can help me. I dont have much knowledge on how to set up triggers so I hoped you can help me.
Here is what I would like to do.

Playing exchange poker turbo.
After hand no. 1 has won xx bets in a row i would like to start
laying hand no. 1 until i have a profit. I would like to do this at preflop
(odd around 4). If I dont win I would like a new bet with covering of loss
from previous one and a certain profit.
When I win (the lay bet) no more betting until again hand no. 1 has won xx bets again.

Is that possible and how to do it.

Does it lay the same hand until a profit is up or does it wait til another hand has lost xx times and only make one bet?
