Poker Triggered betting - suited condition

Hi,

I have a trigger which I am using but want to refine.
One of the conditions is that i will not lay a selection in the first round of Hold Em Poker if they are suited.

I'd now like to alter it so that if there is another hand which is also suited but has a higher card I will lay the suited pair with the lower value.

An example will probably explain it better

e.g 2 hands

Hand 1 = 3H, 10H
Hand 2  = 7H, KH

Currently my trigger won't bet on either hand as both are suited and can potentially hit a flush.

What i'm try to achieve is to lay on hand 1 as if 3 more hearts are turned over in the community cards hand 2 will beat hand 1.

if anyone has done this before I'd appreciate a pointer.
