Problem loading triggers
« on: 14 Jul 2011, 18:51 »
Hi
sorry to be a bit dense but I can't seem to get the triggers to load.I right click save as and save them in x feeder folder but when I goto load them it only has the option of trigger siles instead of xml. Have I done something wrong as I have saved the in xml.But no choice for xml only trigger files.

Please check if the file you saved really has the .xml extension.
Note, Windows usually hides file extensions.
Screenshot of the situation would be helpful...

So, what happens when you click "Open" after that?

Could you please send the file (as it's on your computer) to the support?

The file is empty.
Seems like there is a problem with saving files with your browser.

I also have some problem with loading sometimes. It comes up blank or just a part is blank.
When you then close the program you get an access violation error.

Start the program and login again the loading works again.

Hi

I am now often seeing this type of error, part of the trigger doesnt show, exit x-feeder and the error box shows, close that, restart and trigger now appears in full again.

Bug I think.
