Scripting X-Feeder possible?
« on: 04 Jan 2012, 23:29 »
Hello there,

I'm currently trying to automate an extremely complex strategy for Exchange Texas Hold'em using a self-written C# tool. Today I discovered X-Feeder (better late than never) and hoped that it could save me a lot of time. However, I couldn't find anything about scripting triggers. Is it right that triggers only can be created using it's visual interface (which looks very limiting for my strategy)? If no scripting possible, is it possible to create a trigger, which can access prices and price movements of last 50,000 - 100,000 games in order to make a betting decision? Any feedback is much appreciated. Thx!

Nope. Where do you think it get these prices from?
In theory you can wait for 50000 games collecting the statistics but...

Tim, thx for replying. I have already a database with much more than 100,000 games (and growing). I hoped, I could make a script in X-Feeder which accesses my statistics database and, if the conditions are met, posts a bet.

If hand 1 has won 100 games in a row or indeed lost 100 games in a row
its propobility of winning at the outset of the next game is still 3 to 1 3.98 - 4.02

And the price offered in each round is a true reflection of its mathmatical
propobility of winning from that point

Like so many new comers to xfeeder your letting the bright colours and flashing lights
that dress up a random number generator stand in the way of pure mathmatical
propobility theory in which you will find a successful trading programme
