Setting bet sizes after each loss

I am betting 2 hands in round 1 of poker

Martingale would just double the last bet size, I have my own list of sizes I want to use, how do I go about running up the list on losses and going back to the 1st in the list on any win, example

List = 2.00,2.50,4.75,10.00,22.00

bet 1 (£2 on each of hands 1&2) lost
bet 2 (£2.50 on each of hands 1&2) lost
bet 3 (£4.75 on each of hands 1&2) win
bet 4 (£2 on each of hands 2&3) lost
bet 5 (£2.50 on each of hands 2&3) win
reset back to £2 again on a win

How can I implement the above ? thanks in advance
