If you lose, bet 2 USD again in the same player (third hand) in the next game.
If you lose, bet 3 USD back ODD 3.95
If you lose, bet 4 USD back ODD 3.95
If you lose, bet 5 USD back ODD 3.95
If you lose, bet 7 USD back ODD 3.95
If you lose, bet 10 USD back ODD 3.95
If you lose, bet 13 USD back ODD 3.95
If you lose, bet 18 USD back ODD 3.95
If you lose, bet 25 USD back ODD 3.95

If you win on any bets, stop immediately and wait for the hand 3 4x lose again.

Make sure you run that strategy with Time Machine, as I know you will turn up losing sequences for Hand 3 of more than 16. Also some wins will be Dead-Heats where you will lose some of your previous stakes.
