Is it possible to calculate the value of book for most_traded_price.

Not sure if you're asking for X-Feeder or MarketFeeder, but they should both be the same:
for a selection, e.g. selection index 1:

(1/s_1_most_traded_price)*100
or
(100/s_1_most_traded_price)
