Importing a trigger to Bet VPS

Hi all,

I've probably missed it somewhere but how do I import a trigger file from my laptop to my Bet VPS.

Hi
with the VPS window open, copy the trigger file from the laptop and paste it to the desktop or a folder on the VPS
