login problem

i am trying to log in, but i can.t (the error states that the username/password is incorrect). the thing is.... they are correct.(please see screenshot)

what to do?

Hello!

This error is returned by BetFair, not by the program, so obviously there is something wrong with the password you are entering. Try checking the usual things (i.e. caps lock, special characters typed incorrectly etc.). If your password does contain some non-alphanumeric characters, try changing your password to the one that does not contain them.

as seen in the screenshot, i`m logged in to betfair...used the password that xfeeder says it`s incorrect....tried everything....
on the betfair website i can loggin using those credentials....in xfeeder i can.t.....

Do you use 2-factor authentication?

no...i consider it to be to much hassle.....

reinstalled... xfeeder...no result....unchecked login with email.... no result....changed the password....no result....
this is really annoying

Just a thought after looking at your screenshot; I see you successfully login to "betfair.ro" on the website. I have read recently about Romanian residents being required to use betfair.ro instead of betfair.com. I am wondering if X-Feeder is logging in to betfair.com? This question is really for Oxa / Tim?
