Problem in logging in!

Hi,
I am having this weird today morning where before even getting to the login dialog box, I get this pop-up message which says, "Error getting key":"Unable to check your registration info".

I am attaching the screenshot of the message for reference.
Please help!

There was a problem with our ssl certificate on the billing site.
