Xfeeder via VPN

I work abroad sometimes and want to utilise my employers VPN whilst away but Xfeeder keeps saying 'cannot access account details' or something like that before I can type my username & pword in the boxes. Any ideas why this is happening?

Where the VPN server is located?
Probably your ip address is in the country forbidden to bet from?

I think that's probably the cause. It's subscribe to a paid VPN if it's an option for you.
