New support arrangements - please read this

Hi all,

We are going to offer technical support in a slightly different way than before.

From now on we will consider moving certain support requests onto the forum by creating a topic in the corresponding board. One of us (or even one of our community members – should they feel like it) will then answer to that request, and others may join in.

The reason for this change is that we want to share answers to most typical questions with the community and to encourage users of MF Pro to learn from each other’s experience.

Here are some examples of support questions we will most likely answer on the forum:

-   How to activate/deactivate a certain option, tool.
-   Where to find a setting, button etc.
-   How to make a trigger that does this and that.

However, we put the privacy of our clients on top of everything, so we will never start a public discussion on matters that require disclosing personal data, identity, Betfair credentials etc.

We are sure everybody will benefit from this change.

Please note that if you want your trigger to be designed confidentially, i.e. you are not ready to share it, the “Find a trigger developer” board is the best place to ask for it.
