Its very weird. I have my statements back (having deleted the folders Oxa advised earlier) on two platforms - but not the third - same laptop, therefore same Windows updates, same anti virus, the only thing that is different is two platforms (that work) are on one Betfair account and the third is on a different Betfair account.
Any suggestions?
