    Regarding latest Setup file 8.8.1.1.eng , settled events now deleting correctly, events closing correctly with no errors in logs but balance still going to -1. Error now in logs shows as attached

    Thanks for all your work on these problems.  Unfortunately the markets finishing early is still an issue. 

    The screen grab shows the situation this morning using the latest build, with silk images set to not download and the connection timeout value increased to 10 secs.

    I didn't realise that the update file had been tweaked late last night so my feedback is from the original version posted...can't update till tonight as I'm up and running for the day, so take my feedback currently with a pinch of salt.

  • Installed 8.8.1.1 dated 25 July from download page. Current bets window correctly cancels all bets with one click. Funds periodically go to -1. No errors in the log so far. Am running live all day with small stakes. Will post here anything of interest.

  • Still getting the -1 on balance and also it says my trigger has been fired and shows on the logs, but it hasnt actually been fired

  • 2 of 19 markets have been set to finished. Number of refreshing markets shows as 17. One of the "finished" markets has an unmatched bet, this bet also shows as unmatched logging on to Betfair website directly. No errors in the log.

    That version was not set to log the empty response errors, so presumably there are lots of them, you just don't see them in the log.

    Does the latest build (the one I posted several hours ago) still not cancels all bets in one go?

    The time is synchronised with BF's current time, so the fact that it jumps ahead means there's some rubbish in that field or some other problem we have not discovered yet.

    I will keep working today to reproduce all the issues you have reported and hopefully kill them off one by one.

    The link in the first post in this topic downloads 8.8.1.1. I see no other link in this topic?

  • updated new version last night. The closing race issue is arguably more of an issue with this new version than 8.8.1.1.
