Dutch Back and distribute losses help

Hi Guys

I am using this trigger described below and was wondering if anyone can set me up with a trigger to distribute losses across the board if all of my back bets are about to lose.
I have tried this in several ways but cant get it to work.

What I am doing is dutch backing the 1st 2nd and 3rd favorites and if none of them are winning at say odds of between 1.01 and 1.1 I want to distribute losses across the field.

ACTION: Dutch back  AMOUNT to win 5/(1-commission)
MARKETS: Horse Races SELECTIONS All Matching Selections
MARKET STATUS: Not In-Play

CONDITIONS:
AND Any Selection's Rank is equal or less than 3
AND Trigger Expression match_b_book is equal or less than 71.43
AND Minutes Before the off is less than 0.5

Please can anyone help to distribute the losses if the near winner is between 1.01 and 1.1 and is not one of my back bets.

any selections   affected by trigger      (your dutch trigger name)
AND favourite's   back price  is between   1.01   and    1.10
AND favourite's   back matched  is equal to   0
