One tick scalp of 0-0 at the start of each match

So can anyone help, as the title says, i just want to be able to scalp one tick on 0-0/green up at the start of each football match, i have only downloaded MFP today, so i am a true an utter virgin! If anyone can work this out before i learn it myself then consider yourself thanked!

Just to add, no more than 2 ticks in between the back/lay price and back stake should be 5% of bank, grazi!

you could use the r_ticks(bm_backp,-1), if backing first, so if back matched at 3.5 then lay at 3.45.
or for laying first use layp,1.
