question for over/under markets in football games

Hi All

Please could someone advise what expression/conditions i would need to lay just the 'under' side of these markets at the last traded price every two minutes in play if the price is less than 2.00
i have a trigger that is attempting to do this but its triggering bets into the 'overs' side aswell as the 'overs' price does match the price criteria at certain points during the game.
