simple lay the draw to work alongside but independently of unders trigger

Hi guys

I am wanting a lay the draw trigger to simply lay the draw at 70 minutes if the score is 0-0 and green up once a goal is scored. I want this to work alongside another set of triggers I use that operate in the unders markets so it needs to work soley in the match odds market.
